Is It Well with Your Soul?

In today’s sermon, I heard (again) the story behind a favourite hymn of mine: It Is Well with My Soul by Horatio Gates Spafford. I can’t remember anymore how many times I have heard this story but it still touches my heart. To me this is a story about unshakable faith; a story that I thought could only happened to Job.

Let me quote the lyric of this hymn and I hope this can be a blessing and encouragement for all of you too. No matter what circumstances overtake us may we be able to say with Horatio Spafford …
